A Lively Night in the Heart of Manchester
Enjoyed my stay as a solo traveler in a vibrant location. The bar downstairs played great music, keeping the atmosphere buzzing. A highlight was the exceptional shower pressure in my room, perfect for refreshing after a night out. For future guests, consider bringing earplugs if you're sensitive to noise.

Lively Stay in the Heart of Manchester!
I had an enjoyable two-night stay above an energetic club. Waking up to the vibe of Canal Street was a treat! The bar staff were incredibly friendly, and I loved cozying up to a local beer after my outings. If partying's your game, this place won't disappoint!

Not worth the price
The bar area had a fun vibe, but the room was a serious letdown. It was tiny and felt like a basement. The bed squeaked way too much, couldn't get comfy at all. A strong shower was a plus, at least! But honestly, for £100, I expected a bit more, like some basic toiletries. Not impressed.

Solo traveler paradise for fun seekers
The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make my stay pleasant, even offered me a quieter room when I mentioned my early appointment. Plus, I couldn't believe the quality of the room, it was spotless and had an amazing shower, which really makes life better after a long day.
Yeah it wasn't exactly a steal but it was acceptable for what I got.

Oh mate, the dining scene near New Union is a proper treat! Safad served up some banging Thai dishes that had my taste buds doing a happy dance. Plus, the staff were absolute gems, welcoming me like family and keeping the vibes just right. I felt so safe and never alone, which is rare for a solo traveler!
But blimey, the noise from the bar below was next level! I barely caught two hours of sleep, and it felt like the club was in the room with me. Still, the room was clean and comfortable enough to make up for it.

missingWrote a review on 01 Aprcompetitive priceimpressive wi-fiparty atmospheresmall room
The location fits those looking to party, as the nightlife vibrates right on the first floor. For a budget stay, the rooms are competitively priced, particularly in a city hosting big events. Wi-Fi speeds are impressive, clocking in at over 100 Mbps, which is a plus for anyone needing to connect.
The room size felt cramped for the price, leaving little space to move around comfortably. Music thumps well into the night, often shaking the walls until 2 a.m., making it tough for light sleepers or anyone with early morning plans. Stairs leading to rooms are steep, presenting a minor hazard, especially for those not steady on their feet. Check-out took longer than expected, waiting for the manager despite the lack of new arrivals, which felt disorganized. this place leans heavily towards a party atmosphere, which might not suit everyone’s needs.
